When i reached that window the program just write "INITIALIZING" and get stuck on this stage forever. I'm sorry but this is a terrible quality and it's not acceptable for a company with so much power in the market...I thought maybe it was just a server issue or something so I downloaded the installer to my laptop and it downloads and installs immediately.My G Hub is running, and from the preview pane on my taskbar I an see it's properly loaded my G502, but the program will not open on the desktop so I can actually use it and set my mouse keybinds, colour scheming etc etc etc. We thank you for doing extra troubleshooting to have the issue resolved, we appreciate that.Thanks for your response. I have used the software before so I am certain that they have been created and deployed correctly. I think it comes from logitech, like a DDOS attack on their servers. I had it installed before on the my computer uninstalled it a while ago trying to get it back on and I just get stuck at the spinning g logo?I uninstalled everything including features (a window pops up asking if you'd like to remove it all).
