To all those playground dingbats you're worrying about, she'll be "Juliana S. Rus" and nobody will have any idea what the S stands for unless they ask her. Since Juliana is on the long side, I'd keep the middle name as simple as possible. Soleil immediately makes me think 'as in Cirque du Soleil?' Maybe Sophine? I think it flows very nicely, and it has been on my list. The name Sadie is of Hebrew origin which means ‘princess’. As the bearer of an unexpected/weird family middle name, I can at least tell you that hardly anyone will ever get a shot at pronouncing it wrong!
I know a Giuliana and the parents went with Amor for the middle name, I think its beautiful!
