When it comes to the "big" game, SJ often provides bussing for students who want to attend off-campus games and cheer on their friends. Prior to the FCIAC, St Joseph was a member of the Metropolitan Bridgeport Interscholastic Athletic Conference (MBIAC) in 1970 and later joined the All Connecticut Conference (ACC) in 1985 as a founding member.During morning announcements, SJ students hear about upcoming games and big wins.
St Joseph High School has a tradition of excellence in athletics.
We follow all CIAC, FCIAC and SJHS regulations, goals, and objectives. Many St Joseph student-athletes have also won individual state titles in their chosen sport. St Joes joined the FCIAC in 1994-95 (after a one year probation period in 1993-94).
