The Pinnacle Peak Trail starts at a beautiful trailhead with all the amenities, bathrooms, maps, helpful volunteers, and water fountains. There isn’t a view at the very top so definitely take in the viewpoint on the main gravel trail on your way up.Pinnacle Peak Loop Trail is a 4.8 kilometer heavily trafficked loop trail located near Enumclaw, Washington that features beautiful wild flowers and is rated as moderate. Good for moderate/beginners.Well maintained trail. There are some informational pins throughout the trail, explaining vegetation, wildlife, and the trail itself.Pinnacle Peak Trail is a 6.1 kilometer heavily trafficked out and back trail located near Carefree, Arizona that features beautiful wild flowers and is rated as moderate. Great if you want the exercise, sad when you get to the top, slightly confusing to navigate even with trail markers; kept weaving in and out onto the gravel hill. The way down: ran down the opposite side of the trail, and down the horse trail to the parking lot.Well-maintained parking and trail, but the drive was more beautiful than the actual views of this hike, bathrooms inaccessible.
The scenery was beautiful! Bathrooms at TH closed but before the hike starts to climb up there is a honey bucket with hand sanitizer. Mount Rainier National Park. Rock climbing routes 5. One of my favorites!
This time my kids and I (6 & 8) went up the switchback trails instead and it was much nicer. I’ve probably hiked this lovely trail 25 times, and this proved to be one of the more exciting adventures. This looks like a pretty good hike.We love to get out and still do some hiking. Well kept trail. Beautiful views of the houses and golf courses below!
Easy to moderate out and in trail. Pretty setting for a good workout. It’s two miles out and two miles back with no services on the other end so be sure to bring enough water to get you there and back.Great exercise hike. For old-school hikers, this means that you shouldn’t expect to see Leave No Trace or hiking etiquette. The trailhead is on the south side of the road. There are great views all along the way and about a quarter way is a great place to turn around if there’s a need for it.I hope you get to go again soon! Luckily, as long as you aren’t planning on using your photos commercially, there is no problem. Chalone Peak Trail 9 miles round trip, 3 to 5 hours Elevation: 2,040 feet Strenuous Climb to the highest point in the monument, North Chalone Peak, and be rewarded with views of the surrounding valleys. The hike begins at the Pinnacle Park trailhead, north of Sylva, NC (view maps and driving directions).A wooden kiosk marks the trailhead; the hiking trails and backcountry sites at the park are free, but require a permit (available at the trailhead kiosk) before starting the hike. It wasn’t crowded for how many cars were in the parking lot and streets. Cool scenery!Great trail, really well marked and lots of resting spots!This is one of the most scenic hikes in the Phoenix area.

Slightly muddyThe parking lot is currently closed due to Covid-19. There’s little signs all over that tell you about the plants and about animals. Got super confusing at the top so you will definitely want to use your map!Turn off your ad blocker to see a map of this trailSlightly muddy. Without seeing rainier the trail to me wouldn’t be worth it! Bees and chuckwallas were seen.Great, well groomed trail. Best to know than be caught.This would be a great trail for that. I hope you make it out here someday soon!The Pinnacle Peak hike calls Scottsdale, one of the richest parts of the city, home, and it shows. Large gravel lot with many spaces.
