Excellent food and wine and the waiter was a really cool guy , he could tell u the history of any main dish this restaurant was offered , how the dish did created back in time , Respect to the waiterThank you very much for your feedback!I would rate it 10 stars if the option were available. They treat you like you're a member of the landed gentry here, and that's because Pushkin is one of only a few dozen restaurants in Moscow that really understands service. The service was top notch and the library dining room setting looked classic despite it not being that old!

Absolutely loved it. Café Pushkin is known for offering Russian cuisine. Try both numbers, you say? 1. The food, from starters to mains to desserts,is a real joy for the eyes and tongue! Cafe Pushkin is indeed one of the most amazing restaurants in Moscow - and there are many. Take your family with you and eat perfectly cooked smoked salmon, borsch and beef stroganoff.Good syrniki, crème brûlée and parfait are the tastiest dishes. The food was excelent and the service was very good, nice and friendly. A word of warning - try to pay without looking at the bill.Love it and always go there when I'm in Moscow. Attentive waiters, wearing chemises and sideburns, serve classic French and Russian cuisine, whilst punters soak up the learned atmosphere created by shelf upon shelf of dusty 'magni opi'. When we walked to the restaurant there is someone to lead us to the restaurant and opens the door for us. It can be a fraction snooty but that contributes to the experience. Café Pushkin is one of Moscow’s hidden gems. Naturally, this makes it much more likely that you'll take what is the path of least resistance - but it's amateurish and clumsy. (Ruskiy Standart should do, or ask the waiter for a recommendation.)
